Ex-MLB Milton Bradley Found Guilty on 9 Counts of Beating His Wife
Milton Bradley has always been a bit of a headcase. In baseball Milton would just get suspended whenever he did something stupid. However the world doesn’t work like that. See, in the real world, when you do something stupid you go to jail.
The 35-year-old former All-Star was convicted of nine misdemeanor counts, including four counts of spousal battery, one count of assault with a deadly weapon and one count of making criminal threats. Frank Mateljan, a spokesman for the Los Angeles city attorney, said Bradley faces seven-and-a-half years in jail at his sentencing, which is scheduled for July 2.
In one incident, Bradley pushed his wife against a wall and choked her after she asked him to stop smoking marijuana in front of their children. She also demanded his friends leave there home.
When you really start to think about it, Milton Bradley is the athletic version of Chris Brown. The only difference is, well you know, the athleticism.
