A Ref Asked LeSean McCoy To Play Better Because McCoy Was On His Fantasy Team

LeSean McCoy was drafted pretty high in most fantasy draft, so people expect a lot from him. Getting 80 rushing yards and a touchdown against the Ravens defense is pretty good, but for one person it wasn’t enough. That one person happened to work the game.

“‘I’ll be honest, [replacement refs are] like fans,’ McCoy told 94WIP radio in Philadelphia. ‘One of the refs was talking about his fantasy team, like ‘McCoy, come on, I need you for my fantasy,’ ahhh, what?!’”

This is a bit interesting. Greg Jennings already admitted that players play fantasy football, but officials is where it gets tricky. We know gambling is outlawed and so is fanhood, but anyone can play fantasy football and do it anonymously. So what do you think? Should refs be allowed to play fantasy sports?
