Meet Khalif Wyatt, America’s dumbest college athlete. You’re playing basketball at a major division one school, it’s your 21st birthday, you’re in Atlantic City. So why in the world do you need to go get your Eliot Spitzer on? Apparently picking up hookers wasn’t enough excitement either because Wyatt attempted to get his Usain Bolt on when police tried to arrest him.
