The HBS: The HBS Never “Misremembers”

by Asti

By: Mike Asti and George Gerbo

The sports nation lost another legend. Future NFL Hall of Famer, Junior Seau, was found dead in his home of an apparent suicide. With the facts still flowing in, what does this mean for the emotional and mental health of the gridiron warriors, during their post-playing career? Could this tragedy have been prevented? Sticking with the football headline act, the “Bounty Gate” punishments have now been officially handed down. Jonathan Vilma, the poster boy for the Saints scandal, has been suspended for the entire 2012 season. Was this fair, based on the past cases? How will the forced roster revamp effect New Orleans this up coming season? Mike ‘the Buzz-saw” Asti and George “the Howitzer” Gerbo step on the radio stage, as judge, jury, and executioner. Don’t you dare “misremeber” in the Howitzer and Buzz-saw court! Mike also cross examines a key witness in the Roger Clemens perjury trial. Can Andy Pettitte get his story straight to avoid buzzsawing? For his sake (and everyone else’s for that matter) let’s hope so. A look at the second round of the quest for Lord Stanley’s Cup and the opening session in the NBA playoffs, that is already bordering on asinine. The HBS conquers what? The HBS conquers who? The HBS conquers sports radio, one day, at a time….
