Nyjer Morgan VS Albert Pujols

I originally posted the actual fight. However, the MLB copyright ruined BDL’s fun, so here’s Nyjer Morgan’s post game interview. He rehashes his actions and officially joins the lunatic society. Welcome aboard dude..

This is why I love Twitter. It makes my job so much easier. Immediately following a bench clearing brawl that ended a divisional matchup with Albert Pujols and the St. Louis Cardinals, Brewers outfielder Nyjer Morgan decided to lay into one of the greatest hitters of this generation. Morgan, who mouthed some frustration after striking out to end the game, called Mr. Pujols out and then some. Chris Carpenter struck Morgan out to seal a 2-0 Cards victory and then apparently said something to elicit a bench clearing brawl. Whatever Carpenter said, Morgan felt it necessary to drop an F-Bomb and then do the cliche baseball fight thing by acting as if he is going to hit someone if it wasn’t for his boys holding him back. According to Morgan’s Twitter account, Albert Pujols is a “she.” Pulling out the Bill Parcells to Terry Glenn “she” card is a low blow and should never be used again in sports. Can’t you be more creative than that Nyjer? I mean a guy rocking a name like Nyjer his whole life has to have heard better digs than that shit over the years. I can only imagine middle school and the insults he must have had to deal with. Learn and step up your trash talk game!

(I'm assuming this is a crack at the home plate umpires vision here. Either way, I find it humorous.)

Oh yeah, it’s always wise for a career utility player turned flash in the pan to get a big ego and start a rivalry with a future Hall of Famer. In one corner, you have a man who has yet to surpass the single season 40 RBI milestone in his career – Nyjer “my parents hated me” Morgan. And his opponent, waiting on the other side of the ring, standing tall with a laid back swagger – Albert “I’m the shit” Pujols. I don’t even have to mention Pujols is the ONLY player ever to record 30 home runs, 100 RBI, 100 runs scored, and a .300 average in his first 10 seasons this time. Oh, I just did. Well it’s a stat that never gets old. Especially, when young punks need a history lesson. Yo Nyjer, to steal a line from another legend, know your role and shut your mouth!
